A Brand-New Tuesday Morning Course for Babies from 10 Weeks

At The Little Gym Chiswick, we understand that the first few months with your baby are incredibly special, filled with magical moments, new discoveries and unforgettable milestones. But alongside the joy, this season of life can also feel overwhelming, exhausting, and at times a little lonely. Adjusting to parenthood brings many questions, and finding spaces where you can simply be with your baby while connecting with others going through the same stage can make all the difference.
That is exactly why we are so excited to introduceBaby Bug Hub! A nurturing four-week Tuesday morning course created especially for babies from just 10 weeks oldand their grown-ups.
Running onTuesdays from 16th June to 7th July, 10:30am- 12pm, Baby Bug Hub offers a calm, welcoming and supportive weekly space where parents can learn, relax, bond with their baby, and meet other local families navigating the early months together.

Each Baby Bug Hub session has been thoughtfully designed to support both baby’s development and parent confidence through a gentle mix of expert guidance, hands-on experiences and time to connect.
The morning will begin with a30-minute expert-led discussion with Marlene, owner of The Little Gym Chiswick, focusing on key topics to guide parents through the new born months. These relaxed and reassuring conversations will explore the importance of sensory development in the early months, understanding developmental milestones, and how movement, touch and interaction help build confidence, connection and early brain development. Parents will have the opportunity to ask questions, gain practical guidance, and enjoy a supportive environment where no question feels too small.
This will then be followed by a calmingbaby massage session with Rosie Gray, the Richmond Birth & Postnatal Doula and Baby Massage Instructor, where parents will learn soothing techniques designed to support bonding, aid digestion, encourage relaxation, and help babies feel settled and secure.
After baby massage, families can enjoy tea, coffee and informal chat time — a chance to pause, breathe, and connect with other parents in a similar stage of life — before welcoming a different outside expert guest speaker each week, offering additional insight, advice and support on relevant parenting topics.
Alongside this, babies will enjoy gentle sensory experiences through movement, textures, sounds and interaction, encouraging early curiosity, body awareness and meaningful parent-child bonding in a warm and nurturing environment.
Baby Bug Hub is more than just a class — it is a safe and supportive space for parents in those early weeks of parenthood. A place where you can come exactly as you are, spend meaningful time with your baby, ask questions, share experiences, and build connections with others who truly understand this unique stage of life.
Because sometimes what new parents need most is not just information — but community, reassurance, and a space to belong.
