Tracie and Marlene, owners

Marlene and Tracie have 40 years of The Little Gym experience between them and have worked together since 2012 when Marlene joined Tracie and set them on a path to becoming and maintaining the No.1 spot in the Little Gym network (Chiswick, over 1000 members). Their success owes a lot to their brilliant and expanding teaching team, all of whom delight in developing children’s skills and are eager for new challenges. They now own TLG Wandsworth and the brand new TLG Wimbledon too. Never stop growing!

Gym Manager

Meet Emma, a powerhouse at The Little Gym! Starting her TLG journey back in 2017, and now working as Development Manager across our Chiswick, Wandsworth and Wimbledon branches, Emma infuses her classes with her passion for movement. With a background in ballet and contemporary dance, she brings creativity and technique to every session. Since joining The Little Gym, over the years Emma has expanded her role from part-time instructor to support development, marketing and operations across our owners multiple locations. Known for her warm demeanour, Emma fosters a sense of community among both children and parents
