Bridging the leap from early learners to confident gymnasts, welcome to our 5-7 yr olds program! This class is designed especially for children who are ready to move beyond foundational gymnastics but aren’t quite in the full swing of primary school programs. Sitting perfectly between the playful energy of the Good Friends classes and the more focused structure of our primary school gymnastics, this age group thrives in an environment where fun and skill development go hand-in-hand.

Foundational gymnastic skills
Kids will build on their gymnastics taking it to the next level—as flexibility, strength and control grows, they will master bigger skills all in our super fun non competitive environment.
Thinking in sequence
As skills get more complex, so does the learning! Through practicing step-by-step combinations, your child will strengthen their memory and problem-solving skills in a way that feels like play.
Confidence and team spirit
Every child deserves to feel proud of what they can do. We create moments for each child to shine—building self-confidence, celebrating progress, and encouraging them to cheer on their classmates along the way.

Foundational Gymnastics, Elevated
From handstands and cartwheels to bridges, beam skills, and bar basics, each class builds solid gymnastics foundations. Your child gains strength, flexibility and control with progress week after week
Focus, Gymnastics and Fun
Classes strike a perfect balance between discipline and play. Kids learn to listen, move and work as a team, building resilience, confidence, and a love for movement!

Start your child’s journey at The Little Gym by selecting a weekly class that suits their age and stage of development. This class becomes your child’s regular session each week.
2. Choose a Membership
Next, select the membership tier that works best for your family. Memberships range from £40 to £349, with three great options (including tiered discounts!) to choose from.
3. Get Set up and Start Your Journey!
Now you’re ready to set up your monthly class subscription (just £108 per month) or Bugs Class Block (for 4-10 months only) We offer a 15% sibling discount.

Bugs Mini-Membership £40
For our youngest members we offer class blocks as we know life with a young baby can be unpredictable! Pay a mini membership fee of £40 and then choose a block that suits your family to get started.
5 x Bugs Classes – £110
10 x Bugs Classes – £200
15 x Bugs Classes – £270
Then, when your baby reaches 10 months your instructor will discuss with you about the perfect timing for moving up into our Birds Classes for 10-18months. This also means moving onto our continuous enrolment and monthly payments.
